Owner & Principal Appraiser

Certified General Real Estate Appraiser — Virginia & North Carolina

Ed has more than three decades of real estate valuation experience and has held Certified General credentials since 1997. His background includes commercial, residential, land and rural, estate, divorce, lending, and private-party assignments.

Daniel Edward Whitener

Virginia Real Estate Appraiser Trainee

Daniel is licensed by the Virginia Real Estate Appraiser Board as an Appraiser Trainee. Work performed in the trainee role follows applicable supervision requirements.
